Quote request process:
Due to the small size of our shop, we maintain a minimum inventory of products and materials. This means that we will likely have to make your order after receiving payment, which can take some time. Depending on the size of your order and the items you want, it can take anywhere from a couple days to a few weeks or more.
After submitting a quote request, we will do the following:
- Evaluate our product and material inventory to allow us to provide an estimated shipping date.
- Use the zip code provided to calculate shipping.
- Send you an email with a quote, estimated shipping date (assuming payment is received within two days), and shipping price.
Once you respond back with your preferred shipping method and confirmation that you want to place your order, we will send an invoice to your email through Paypal. Once we receive confirmation that payment has been made, we will begin making your order.
If you prefer to pay by check, we will also include our mailing address. Keep in mind that we will not make your order until the check has been received and deposited. This may significantly affect the estimated shipping date.
*We are required to charge 7.9% sales tax, this will be included in the quote. We don't like it any more than you.
**Although we try to ship on or before the estimated date, please be patient if we take a little longer than estimated. We will keep in touch with you to let you know if your order will be delayed.
